You can receive deal alerts by email without following the other steps, but will not be eligible to take a property deal unless you have become a 'registered investor'. Registered investors have completed a non-disclosure / non-circumvention agreement, and provided their contact info and proeprty goals in another form.

We do not offer 'first come first served' at the moment as some people do not have instant access to the internet. Instead, we wait 24-48 hours before offering the deal to a suitable investor. When going to this subscription page, do not forget to ensure all the boxes are 'ticked' before submitting your email address to the database. To ensure you receive the deals - it is a good idea to add 'email@example.com' to your email address book, so that your email provider does not 'block' or 'spam' the deal alert emails. Become a Registered Investor
Please print off, complete and return the forms on the following link. REGISTER HERE. These forms are important because they protect us from investors who have, in the past, tried to circumvent us and deal directly with vendors. While this never works, because we already have a registered 'option agreement' with our vendors, it doesn't stop some people trying.
Many of you believe, like me, that it is preferable to meet the people you are doing business with. You are more than welcome to arrange to visit us. We can discuss our service in more detail, how we can help you meet your goals, and meet our team. If there are deals available, we could even arrange a viewing as well.
